If you prefer not to start from a blank prompt, pick a template. Templates are industry presets that give you a proven structure to react to, which is often faster than describing everything from scratch.
How to use a template
- Create a new project. While the project has no content yet, the editor shows a template picker.
- Browse templates by category and pick the one closest to your business.
- Click Apply. The template loads into your project as your starting draft.
- Now customize it: ask Forgelo to swap the business name, rewrite the copy for your services, change the color palette, or add and remove sections.
Template plus prompt is the fastest path
A good workflow for most businesses:
- Apply the closest industry template.
- Send one edit prompt with your real details: "Replace the business name with Kopi Selatan, we are a specialty coffee shop in Jakarta, update all copy to match, prices in Rupiah, contact goes to WhatsApp."
- Review, make one or two smaller adjustments, and publish.
Good to know
- Applying a template creates a version in your project history, so you can restore an earlier state at any time.
- Template edits use AI actions from your quota just like any other prompt edit.
- You are never locked to the template's layout. Any section can be changed later.
