Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 June 2026

This policy explains what data Forgelo collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written for clarity and will be reviewed against GDPR and other privacy rules before launch.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us, such as your name, email, and the content of the sites you build. We also collect basic usage data, like which features you use, so we can improve the product. If you pay, our payment provider handles your card details. We do not store them.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service, generate and host your sites, support you, and improve Forgelo. We do not sell your personal data. We send service emails, like a notice when your site is ready, and you can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser, and where required we will ask for your consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can make a request by emailing us, and we will respond within the time the law allows.

Data retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it.
