Terms of Service

Last updated: 24 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Forgelo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary written for clarity, and it will be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

Using Forgelo

You may use Forgelo to build, publish, and manage websites for yourself or your clients. You are responsible for the content you create and for making sure you have the rights to any text, images, or branding you upload or publish.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Forgelo to build sites that are unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. This includes phishing, scams, malware distribution, and content that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend or remove sites that break these rules to protect our users and our domains.

Accounts and plans

Some features require a paid plan. Prices are shown at sign up and may change with notice. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel, and your access continues through the period you have paid for.

Your content and ownership

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display your sites and to operate the service. If you connect a custom domain, that domain remains registered to you.

Service availability

We work to keep Forgelo reliable, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We may update, change, or pause features as the product evolves.

Liability

Forgelo is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
